TERMS OF REFERENCE

CUSTOMIZED WALL/POSTER CALENDAR (CORPORATE GIVEAWAY)

I. OBJECTIVE
To select the most responsive bidder to supply customized wall/ poster calendar as corporate giveaway.

II. SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES

1. Supply and deliver Two Thousand (2,000) pieces of customized wall/ poster calendar;
2. Submit sample customized wall/ poster calendar and agree on final product look before actual production (HGC to provide wall/ poster calendar design); and
3. Roll each wall/ poster calendar for ready distribution.

1. 1 page, 12-months at a glance;
2. Size: 18 x 24 inches;
3. C2S 180;
4. Full color print;
5. Matt lamination with spot UV

IV. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC)
One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 100,000.00) Inclusive of VAT chargeable against 2016 Corporate Operating Budget

V. DELIVERY PERIOD
30 days upon approval of final sample

VI. OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1. Sample customized wall/ poster calendar that will be used for evaluation of proposals; and
2. Certificate of PhilGEPS registration.

The bidder with the lowest proposal and most responsive to HGC’s requirements shall be awarded the contract.
